Bessie Schwarz

Bessie Schwarz is the CEO and Co-founder of Floodbase. As Co-Founder, Bessie has helped build the most actionable, advanced, and cost-effective flood data platform on the market for insurers and the public sector. Prior to founding Floodbase, she earned a Masters of Science from Yale University and founded the consulting arm of the Yale Program on Climate Change Communications. In 2022, she was named to Business Insider’s list of 30 Top Climate Leaders.
