
Sophia Farrar
Sophia Farrar is Director of Go-to-Market Strategy at Floodbase, where she leads the definition and launch of new analytics products that expand the commercial applications of Floodbase’s remote-sensing models and datasets. She works closely with Product, Science, and Commercial teams to bring new offerings from early concept through initial customer adoption. Prior to Floodbase, Sophia was General Manager of Earth Analytics at Sylvera, where she led go-to-market strategy for novel geospatial and forest carbon data products, including positioning, pricing, and early customer sales. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at the United Nations’ Giga initiative, driving partnerships with governments, foundations, and technology companies, and began her career as a strategy consultant at Deloitte. She holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College.
