Joe is a seasoned insurance and business development leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and innovation across the insurance, insurtech, and telematics sectors. Before joining Floodbase, he held senior roles at CCC Intelligent Solutions, Hubio, and OneBeacon Insurance, where he specialized in enterprise sales, product strategy, and building strategic partnerships with leading insurers, reinsurers, and OEMs. Recognized for his entrepreneurial drive and ability to launch breakthrough technologies, Joe has consistently helped organizations expand market share and deliver measurable business results. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
